ABOUT PAMTOES ACADEMY
Founded to offer quality dance education in an atmosphere that positively supports and promotes a genuine classical, contemporary, and modern dance forms. We are an Affiliated Performing Arts Academy to RAD (Royal Academy of Dance UK) and Ready Set Dance (Australia). Pamtoes Dance Academy is one of the top-rated dance studios in the country with three locations in Pune – Amanora, Kalyani Nagar and Baner.
We pride ourselves on the in-depth training and experience of our instructors and professional dancers. We maintain a substantial value on preserving, disseminating, and enriching dance culture to children – starting from the age of 3. At Pamtoes Dance Academy, we have a class for people of all ages. We keep our classes small to foster personalized and focused instruction for every student.
Pamtoes Dance Academy offers the option to participate with our competition teams, compete in national and international competitions and take part in the Academy’s annual performance showcase.
Students at Pamtoes Dance Academy have several opportunities and avenues to perform and perfect their skills throughout the year. We offer students the chance to compete in intercity competitions, complete dance examinations, and perform in showcases. Whether your interest is purely recreational or competitive and performance-based, there is always a class for you.
Pamtoes teaches the RAD syllabus-inclined ballet. Our classes focus on technical mastery of grace, posture, body alignment, flexibility and muscular control. Our classes promote creativity as it helps students to develop their sense of artistry and style.

Foundation story of pamtoes
Pamela Alfaro and Rohan Sable, life partners and co-founders, established Pamtoes Academy with a shared passion for dance and education. Their journey began in 2016, when Pamela, a classically trained ballet dancer from Mexico, brought her love for ballet to India.
With a deep background in professional dance, she has trained across multiple countries, becoming a Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Registered Teacher. Pamela’s experience spans decades, starting at the age of three, and includes achievements in ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theater.
Rohan, with his business acumen and artistic interest, saw potential in fusing creative arts and entrepreneurship. Together, they envisioned a space where children could explore the world of dance—both recreational and competitive. For the past eight years, they have been leading Pamtoes Academy, nurturing young dancers and inspiring them to discover their artistic potential.
At Pamtoes Academy, we believe that dance is not just an art form, but a way to transform lives. Our mission is to provide top-tier dance education to students of all levels, and to foster a supportive, passionate community of dancers. From small beginnings to becoming a beacon of ballet in India, our story continues to unfold with every new step we take together
